Orders & Shipping
• Where do you ship? Netherlands + most EU countries.
• When will my order ship? Handling 1-2 business days (Mo - Fr); delivery 2-7 business days (EU).
• Will my order arrive in multiple parcels? Sometimes, yes, each parcel gets its own tracking.
• How much is shipping? the exact amount will be shown at the checkout.
• Can I change the address after ordering? Not after dispatch - please email us at Support@toktokbaby.nl ASAP.
Returns & Warranty
• Can I return? Yes, 30-day right of withdrawal. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
• How do I start a return? Email support@toktokbaby.nl with your order number.
• Return address: Toktok Baby, Jaap Ter Haarstraaat 25, 1321 LA Almere, Netherlands.
• Damaged or wrong on arrival? Email within 48 hours (max 5 days) with photos - we’ll replace or refund.
• Warranty? Legal EU warranty (usually 2 years). Email us with photos/video.
Payments
• Methods: iDEAL, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
• Security: Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over a secure connection.
