Netherlands + most EU/EEA countries.

Handling & delivery

• Handling: 1-2 business days

• Delivery: typically 2-7 business days (EU). Remote areas may take longer.

• Orders may ship in multiple parcels (tracking for each parcel).

Rates

• Netherlands: €5.95 - Free from €49

• European Union: €13.95 - Free from €79

Address changes

We can’t change delivery details after dispatch. Please double-check at checkout.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails or a parcel isn’t collected and returns to us, we refund the product value once received (minus any carrier return fees).

Damaged parcels

Note damage on delivery if possible, take photos (box + contents), and email info@toktokbaby.nl within 48 hours (max 5 days).
