Right of withdrawal (EU)

• 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. After notifying us, return within 14 days.

• We refund the product price (and standard outbound shipping if charged) within 14 days; we may wait for the goods or proof of return.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

How to start a return

1) Email info@toktokbaby.nl with the order number and reason.

2) We’ll reply with RMA and instructions.

3) Pack securely (original packaging/accessories).

4) Send to: Toktok Baby, Jaap Ter Haarstraaat 25, 1321 LA Almere, Netherlands.

5) Keep the tracking receipt.

Condition

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Excess handling may reduce the refund.

Exceptions

• Personalized/custom items

• Unsealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., bottles/nipples, teethers, breast-care products)

• Perishables or items that deteriorate quickly

• Unsealed audio/video or software

Damaged/incorrect on arrival

Report within 48 hours (max 5 days) with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

Legal EU warranty applies (usually 2 years). Email us with photos/video.
